An American enterpreneurer in Beijing, Jonathan founded Chinabeat in 1999 with the intension to bring good designs to China. Grew up and Educated in the United States,

Jonathan holds a BFA in graphic design from the University of the Arts in Philadelphis, PA. He has won serveral awards in the design field including Art Dirctor’s Club award for typography in Philadelphia.

Jonathan believes design is living. This has been reflected in his work and each project whether is a corporate identity or a furniture catalog, all executed with sensitivity and a human touch. He has never limited his ability in any specific fields, recently, his interior design work was featured in several leading home furnishing magazines.
